We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit or access your personal information.
All traffic is routed through a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Shipping / Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
East Coast Mustangs ships orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Your shipping options will be shown during checkout. Shipping times for "standard" (ie; ground) shipping are generally as follows:
East Coast: 1-3 days
Midwest: 2-4 days
Southwest: 3-5 days
West Coast: 4-6 days
Please keep in mind, these are SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES, not delivery times, we don't stock everything on our site here in West Palm Beach, FL.
We also offer various expedited shipping options, give us a call on a quote.
Because UPS & FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delaying your shipment.
We DO ship to all APO/FPO addresses, please fill out our request for quote option during checkout and we'll get back with to let you know about your shipping options
East Coast Mustangs ships only in the continental United States. If wanting to ship out of the country email us and we will try and quote it.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and ONLY if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued.
All returns must be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging.
ecmustangs.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered).
Special order items and electronics are not able to be accepted for return
If a free shipping item is returned the outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping as well.
If a customer refuses a package they will be charged the return shipping fee by the carrier. If the item is free shipping and is refused, the outbound shipping will also be deducted from the refund.
If a customer changes an address, or enters an incorrect address, when placing the order the customer is responsible for any address change/correction fees billed by the carrier. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax
In-state orders will be charged 7.0% sales tax
